Known for her straight-talking, collaborative style, she combines commercial sharpness with deep technical understanding. Sarah leads client relationships and overall project direction, ensuring that every engagement delivers practical, high-quality outcomes that can land well in the business.
Outside of work: Sarah really hates food waste and has a reputation for inventing weird and wonderful recipes to use up any ingredients. There is almost nothing she won’t make into an ice cream.
ALISTAIR STARK
Senior Analytics Consultant
Alistair brings experience for data analytics and visualisation, combining this with a sharp eye for data quality, process improvement, and insight extraction. From streamlining code to analytical reviews, Alistair identifies potential value and works hard to deliver this for clients. Understanding the importance of clear data communication, he drives forward the development of visualisation processes to create lasting value and insightful narratives.
Outside of work: Alistair is a keen home cook who enjoys cooking for friends. Currently, his favourite dish to cook is a curry (of any kind!)

Suzy loves working with individuals to maximise their potential and their contribution to an organisation.
Outside of work: Suzy is a puzzle addict and is co-creator of a growing puzzle website.
LOUISE PURCHASE
Senior Analytics Consultant
With a career spanning insurance, banking and other major industries, Louise brings a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial insight. She specialises in using data to solve complex problems, from building pricing models and fraud strategies to creating tools that help businesses make smarter decisions. With expertise in Python, SQL and statistical modelling, she delivers insight that sticks. Louise has led pricing teams, developed talent and delivered strategies that don’t just look good on paper—they work in the real world.
Outside of work: a DIY and up-cycling enthusiast with many projects on the go at the same time.
MATT GOLDSMITH
Associate Collaborator
With 15 years’ experience across pricing and underwriting, Matt has worked with both start-ups and global insurers including AXA and Allianz, delivering change across motor, home, travel and commercial vehicle insurance.
Blending analytical depth with hands on technical delivery, Matt has built and maintained rating engines (including Radar and python-based solutions), supported CI/CD deployment, and led pricing change across international teams. He’s ISTQB and AWS Certified, and brings a practical, collaborative approach that fits perfectly with how we work.
Outside of work: Matt likes being outside and keeping fit, whether it’s religiously getting up for Parkrun on a Saturday morning, joining family for a game of Padel or simply walking in the countryside with an obligatory coffee in hand.
KATHERINE GOLDSMITH
Associate Collaborator
Katherine brings over 20 years of experience in pricing and underwriting across motor, home, and travel, with roles at eSure, Swiftcover, AXA, and global start-ups. With a strong base in claims modelling and commercial pricing, she’s expanded into data strategy, MI reporting, and technical underwriting. Known for her calm, pragmatic approach, Katherine blends deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership across analytics and delivery. She’s a trusted collaborator on complex, cross-functional projects committed to doing great work, efficiently, and always improving.
Outside of work: Katherine’s perfect weekend would involve playing games with family, swimfit at the local pool and cosying up at home with a good book.
